Tree Launcher is owned and operated by Navillus Software Inc. ("Owner"), a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada.

Terms

These terms of service apply to Tree Launcher ("App"). By accessing the App, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this App and related websites. The materials contained in this App and related websites are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

License to Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. You may not:

modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the App;
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server or in another application.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the Owner at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Third-Party Services

Tree Launcher may integrate with third-party sources (e.g., Google, weather/news providers) and display content in the App (including but not limited to text, images, audio and video). The Owner is in no way responsible for the suitability, correctness, age-appropriateness or otherwise of any such content. Use of any such content is entirely at the user's own risk.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing in Tree Launcher could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Owner does not warrant that any of the materials in its products are accurate, complete, or current. The Owner may make changes its products at any time without notice. The Owner does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Links

The Owner has not reviewed all the sites linked to in the App and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Owner of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.

Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update Tree Launcher at any time. Users may be required to install updates to continue using the App or specific features within the App.

Tree Launcher is provided "as is". The Owner makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the Owner does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials in the App or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this App.

Limitations

In no event shall the Owner or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials in Tree Launcher, even if the Owner or an Owner-authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Alberta, Canada.
